UGL Unicco to manage operations, maintenance, cleaning and grounds for College of Mount Saint Vincent

RIVERDALE, N.Y. – March 17, 2008 – The College of Mount Saint Vincent has awarded UGL Uniccosm, a subsidiary of United Group Limited (UGL), a three-year extendable contract for integrated facilities services for its 18-building, 70-acre campus.Under the contract, UGL Unicco handles a full range of facilities services including physical plant operations and maintenance, custodial/housekeeping services, heating and air conditioning, landscaping, grounds maintenance and snow removal.
UGL Unicco’s operations are supported by several advanced technologies including UGL Unicco’s UNI-Q® wireless inspection system, as well as computerized work order management and dispatch systems. The company is also bringing environmentally sustainable practices to campus under its award-winning UGL Unicco GreenClean® program and is managing the college’s recycling program.
