UGL Unicco Announces Business Development Appointments
UGL Unicco, a subsidiary of United Group Limited (UGL), today announced the appointment of three Directors of Business Development.

UGL Unicco, a subsidiary of United Group Limited (UGL), today announced the appointment of three Directors of Business Development. Jamie L. Anderson and Jeffrey A. St. George were promoted from within the company, and Richard M. Fineo recently joined the company. All report through their respective organizations to Randy Ledbetter, UGL Unicco Vice President of Business Development.Mr. Anderson, based in Blair, Neb., was most recently Account Manager with overall service contract management responsibilities for UGL Unicco services at the Cargill, Inc. NatureWorks, Evonick and PURAC operations. He managed mechanical, building systems, instrumentation, automation, reliability engineering and other plant operations support functions, as well as janitorial, building and grounds services. He markets to industrial customers in the Midwest. Mr. Anderson, who has been with UGL Unicco since 2002, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa.
Mr. St. George is also from the operations side of the company. He joined UGL Unicco in 2005 as Landscape Manager following several landscaping design positions, including operating his own business, Terrascape Gardens Inc. He has won several awards for his designs. Mr. St. George, who lives in Marblehead, Mass., now supports commercial customers in the Northeast.
Mr. Fineo joined UGL Unicco from Merchants Building Maintenance, where he was Vice President of Sales. He has worked in both operations and sales for other regional and national facilities management companies. He is responsible for market development in California and the Southwest in support of commercial markets. Mr. Fineo, who lives in Palm Desert, Calif., holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Jose State University and a Masters from Holy Names University in Oakland, Calif.
